Trying to stay engaged with reality

Today, I forced myself to go out into the world.

I’m sharing my environment. I am working hard at being vulnerable. This is where I call home.

This is the Pacific Northwest. I’ve been able to heal here, for now, and I am grateful. Life may not be perfect, but the views are appealing, and my heart slows down when I look at all of this.
