Law enforcement agencies definitely take advantage of near ubiquitous surveillance and tracking devices (the phone in your pocket or bag). When the conspiracy wingnuts start chattering about Big Brother and chip implants aka Mark of the Beast stuff, I take great joy in reminding them that they are voluntarily allowing anyone willing to pay a complete profile of their existence.
